Directions to the Starting Line

From all directions: From I-40 take Lonoke Exit 160. Take a right at the light (Center Street)

Go 5 miles to the corner of Center and Front Street

Lonoke Depot is on the right. Look for parking signs.

Race History

2011 was the inaugural running of the Great 5K Pumpkin Run event.  2018 will be the first year for the Great 5K Pumpkin Run to be part of the Arkansas Grand Prix Series.

Course Records:
 •Male Overall: Kenneth Stice – 17:02.14 (2015)
•Female Overall: Marissa De La Paz – 17:88.81 (2016)

Course Description

Run the 5K that begins at the historic Lonoke Train Depot, winding its way by the City Park and through beautiful small-town neighborhoods. Known for its flat as a pancake course, the chipped 5K Pumpkin Run is made for setting a personal record. Return back to the Depot to drinks and recovery snacks. Cheer on the winners at the awards ceremony led by Matt Mosler and the live band New Horizon.
