We will be moving to Cook's Landing starting Tuesday, March 2.

This is a result of soccer season starting, which gets us kicked off the track at Scott Field.

We will meet at the usual place at 5:15(the parking at the trailhead on the left as you enter the park).

As usual everyone is welcome to join us and there will be folks running at all paces.

Yes - We should be at Cook's until soccer season is over.

Assuming the track workout will be at Cooks April 13th, (April 1 and 6th some of us working track meets).

A photographer from AR DEM-GAZ wants to take a picture of the club at 5:30 at Cook's April 13th. Will let you know if hear anything else. Just wanted you all to look your best (hint -bird shirts)!

I think the Capital City Classic 10K this Saturday would be the best place to get a picture of the club with the most people in attendance.

SPEEDWORKOUTS WILL RETURN TO SCOTT FIELD ON TUESDAY APRIL 13.

According to the schedules we know about, we will be free to return to the track at Scott Field.

If for some reason the track is taken, we will run from Scott Field and do a workout in that vicinity.
