Another drawback to using mugs instead of t-shirts is that there are a lot of first time runners who really want a t-shirt, I am sure. So that is probably not the best idea in the world. but:

I love this race as it was my first 10K about 8 years ago or thereabouts. I think I ran 54:00. The only thing that I would add would perhaps be indoor awards and some coffee. :) Other than that, I love it. :)

I won 1 race by default. it was a teeny tiny race out by Conway, and I won it in 22:30.
