LR speed work will be at the UALR track on this Tuesday 4/23/13.

BACK TO SCOTT FIELD STARTING THIS TUESDAY, MAY8.

Starting Tuesday March 13th, we will move to Two Rivers Park.

Meet at the parking lot at the base of the bridge at 5:15-5:20.

We will cross the bridge to 2 Rvrs to warmup and the workout will take place on the less crowded sections of trail.

Look at the Little Rock School District Atheletic Schedule. It will list games add locations.

Soccer season has started and we will not have the use of the track until summer.

We will run at Cook's Landing starting Tuesday March 15th. The usual spot at the Isabella Trail head next to the levee.

We will be moving the LRRC speed work back to the track at Scott Field on Tuesday Nov. 2.
