I was there but for some reason I just stood at mile 1 & 9 and yelled at people and pointed to where the runners ahead of them were going. Had to fight the urge to throw snowballs at runners as they went past.

now we can get our 18 in before rather than after!

Nicole, I live on Chitwood in Hidden Valley. Most of my short runs and a lot of my long runs are all arund the neighborhood. I have a 6 mile run thru Hidden Valley that I'll do 3 times for an 18 miler. That course takes me up the long Lyledale hill on miles 6, 12, and 18. :doh!: It's very challengin...

I must agree w/ dad. It's a great way to end the GP season, especially w/ an Iron! Hadnt done Spa before but it's been on my list for a while. Glad I did it! Only suggestion -- more coffee at the end of the run if there is no sun. :D And, again Joshua, congrats to the little one! Very impressive.

Great job to all the Iron's! I admit that I have paced myself behind Gideon on occasion. IronBoy is a great accomplishment at that age. Look forward to seeing y'all at the finish line.
