If you're not doing anything this Saturday morning come to Benton and run this race. It's short, it starts early, and it's going to be hot. That last one convinced you all I know. See you all at the race.

Great job everybody, now just come to the track workouts. We have been meeting around 8 o clock instead of the usual 6 due to the heat. We have been switching it up from Benton and Bryant also if anyone is interested in going.

I'll be there shooting for sub 5:30.
