COLD AIR — Does your chest tighten when you run?
Does anyone have any thoughts on cold-weather running for an ActiveStyle cover story ? Specifically, many people have a hard time getting enough air into their lungs when it's frigid. Do you? If not, why doesn't it affect you? Is there a solution?
