I knew I should have checked this forum. I missed last Tuesday's speed training and just headed on over to Scott Field and found a whole mess of people and football players.

Last year there was a training group that met at Easy Runner on Tuesday evenings and did speed work on Thursdays. Will there be another training group for the Firecracker this year?
