My problem was inviting Billy to run with me, myself and I. The three of us had planned on a pace of aroune 8 min. per mile. Clydesdale shows up, runs the first 4 at about 8:45, them goes into 7:30 pace for the next 10. I was so far behind that I had to run the last 2 that fast just to catch up with...

Oh, I don't know, its easy to bust out that last interval when you don't do long runs, and you take as much rest between them as we did this week. Where was he last week when we busted those 800's on half the rest we took for Tuesday's 400's?

You are slipping. Sidewinder found him a lunch lady race where he won his age group by 13 minutes 2 weekends ago. Of couse he finished just ahead of the last place finisher in that age group also. :lol:
