On the Today Show.

Guys, NBC is flying me up to NYC to be on the Today Show. They'll be talking to me about the past two years of losing weight and getting my life together.

I'm going to do my best to name drop the Grand Prix :) If I'm not vomiting everywhere because I'm so nervous.

They tell me that I'll be on at around 10:35 Eastern, 9:35 central.

About to board my flight.

I hate flying.

He did mention April though. If you had to choose between mentioning your girl friend or the GP, I think girl friend is the right move. Great job Ben!
