USATF cross-country state championships Sat Nov 27th 9am (Ru

Hey folks we're putting on x/country state championship 5k in Russellville on Sat Nov 27th starting at 9am ....Open and Masters with 5 year age divisions....2 races...mens and womens.....the entry for is at www.usatf-ar.org also entry fee is $8 before Nov 20 and $10 after. Also a USATF membership is required.....
The race is on Arkansas Tech's Campus at Tucker Coliseum. Awards will be USATF state medals gold/silver/bronze.

A couple of decent times came in today cross-country 5k state championship (USATF) Seth Irwin won the masters in 19:40 and some seconds....Jesse Duvall won the overall in 17:56....and "Pink" claimed the women's Overall championship...and flashing her shiney gold medal (look out face book and the message board here)....next years event will be the same weekend and a possibility of some cash in it....stay tuned.....

I have already posted my lengthy description of your crazy course.....lol....check out my post on the Yellar Jersey! I'm am glad of one thing....it's over and I've got GOLD to show for it! Woo Hoo!

Thanks for always hosting such great events! It's obvious why you are RACE DIRECTOR of the YEAR! We didn't even mention this race when we nominated you because I think you decided to do it after we did the nominations. You are tireless on the racing scene and for this we thank you!
