HOPE EVERYONE will have a Happy New RUNNING SEASON. Forgive me for not posting this EAILER. NO NAME 5K 10K STRIKES BACK. WILL BE HELD SAT. JAN 15 2011 THE RACES WILL START TOGETHER AT 10: 00 am we will have sign UP AND PACKET PICK UP AT THE DANVILLE 1st BAPTIST CHRUCH. THIS WILL START AT 7:00 AND IT WILL END RUFFLY 9:45. WE KNOW WHAT THE ENTRY FORM SAYS WHO WE MAKE CHECKS OUT BUT PEASE NOTE::: just make them out from here on out to LISA VORWERK for it is HER SCHOOL AT DANVILLE WILL THE PROC.. GO TO. AND ALSO PLEASE NOTE::: THAT IF THERE ARE ANY ERRORS ON THIS THEY WILL BE CORRECTED ASAP. FOR THE 1st TIME IN THE HISTORY OF THIS RACE. I actualy RECEIVED HELP THANKS LISA I THANK YOU!! so at times we don't know what the RIGHT HAND IS DOING FROM THE LEFT. but IT will be great race. reguardless this contervsey. BUT PLEASE BE ADVISE IF IT IS SNOWING OR ICE IT WILL BE POSTPONE TO A LATER DATE. LIKE IT WAS THIS PAST YEAR. IF YOU CAN'T GET OUT I CAN'T GET OUT. NOW I WILL TURN IT OVER THE THE ASSIT. RACE DIR. I know that running and volunteering to work in club races are potentially hazardous activities. I should not enter and run in this race unless I am medically able and properly trained. 1st Baptist Church of Danville
1009 Main Street, Danville 72833
Follow the 5k Signs…..Google a map!
Begins at 7 am and closes at 9:45 am.
Race starts promptly at 10am.
5k/10k runners will split and go in
different directions within 100 yards
of the start.

The 5k course is a scenic residential
loop with a view of Danville Mountain. The 10k
course is basically a loop with
An out and back section. Half flat, half
hill (up and down)….challenging but not
impossible!

Free massages after the race! Spaghetti Dinner
provided by the Danville First Baptist Church!

10 K overall awards are Holloway Pullovers ($44 value)
5k overall Awards are beer steins with racing medallions/engraved plates on them. ($25 value)

Medals for age group awards! In the normal breakdown!

LOL my point was made we don't know what the right hand is doing from the left. I HAD NO clue that Pink Panther would do something like that. but if Brian dosen't mind then let it be. WE WILL JUST post results on this page. after the race . if not told different.

Well Aspel & Mills were trying to hookup New Year's Eve at 2 am. I don't want to even think what that was about. Hopefully about running. ( but why 2 am ) This morning for the Nebo run Tom did look stiff & sore he could barely run. He said he hadn't gone that long in awhile. ( I did not even ask )

Tonight is SUN. Jan 9 2011 It is SNOWING here I do not know about your part of the state. IF IT IS SNOWING AROUND THURS thru FRI JAN 14 THE NO NAME 5K THE 10 K STRIKES BACK WILL BE POSTPONE TO A LATER DATE. HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE CLEARED AWAY. BUT I will pst a update OFTEN SO KEEP INFORM. RUN but RUN SAFE.

Today is Fri. Jan. 14 2011 It is a clear day it looks like there is going to be a RACE Sat. Jan. 15 2011 called the NO NAME 5K 10K STRIKES BACK. IT may not have the work behide it LIKE LR MLK but It is going to be a good race a good course the gun start is at 10:00 . THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT WILL COME OUT AND RUN this race for your time and effort. I THANK YOU.

New year - first race- Mills back in shape (a little less round) and playing lame in yesterday's run. Things are all set for a new year of RVR and Grand Prix drama.

We have 1 posibly 2 "new" dudes who will push Billy (and me) further down in the standings.

Tomorrow looks to be an interesting race in the Masters department if Howard shows up. You might even find some Masters wimping out of the 10K down to the 5K just so they get a better result and award.

Can't wait.

Playing Lame? Me??? I just couldn't keep up with you guys. I just wanted a SLOW run, and believe me, I'm good at SLOW!!!
