Changes in One Hour Run and V'Day 5k.
This year we are changing the venue of the track....it will be at Arkansas Tech football stadium its easy to get to and plenty of parking too...showers/bathrooms and all that too(Jan 23rd Sunday)...Its better known as Thone field...or Buerkle Stadium...if you know Tech you won't have a problem getting there....if you don't, come to exit 81 and come down(south) hwy 7 to McDonalds and turn right.....you'll figure it out from there. so the address to send your entries to is Women's Cross-Country, 1604 Coliseum Drive, Arkansas Tech University, Russellville, Ark 72801. (same as V'Day address) The times will be like last year 1.30pm and 3pm.
The V'Day 5k will be moved to 11.30am and 12.30pm on Saturday (the same day,Feb 12th Saturday) hopefully we will have a little warmer weather and ease conjestion, the womens race will start at 12 o clock and the men's at 1pm.And the kids free run at 1.15pm. Just a personal thought we don't see too many races where the men and women run seperately...so this will be interesting...also my email is taspel@atu.edu and a contact number is 479-857-4527.....Thanks

I LIKE it!
I'm running long and slow, slow, slow, but running in a women's is irresistible!
There should be special dispensation for PT to run in both races if he dresses appropriately.
www.runningskirts.com comes highly recommended.

I signed up for the 401K, but I don't know if I can finish.
