Right NOW I WANT YOU CCC course. I like the movie Shaw Shank Redemption Because that is what I am after on the CCC 10K a little REDEMPTION. AND I DARE anyone try to stop me .Here ARE SOME OF THE CHOICES RUN ahead of me or RUN behind me BUT DON'T RUN BESIDE me DURING THE CCC 10K. O by the way if you don't know what CCC stands for Captial City Classic 10k so all of RUNNERS out there just stay clear BLACK STALLION is going TO Run WILD. and what are you going to do when Back in the day my pop and I watch WCW when it was clean Hulk Hogan " WHAT YOU GOING TO DO WHEN THE HULKSTER RUN WILD ON YOU Brother" SO I ask again what YOU GOING TO DO WHEN BLACK STALLION RUNS WILD can you dig it.

I have been near the Stallion when he runs WILD and I, as can many other RVR runners, answer that question of what happens when he runs wild. The Stallion will stagger left and stagger right and then he will slow down and finally RUN right OVER YOU! So, Stallion, let the CCC beware cause they are not prepared for what you are about to deliver!

I have decided to edit my own post under Pink Panther. Is there ever a RACE that makes RUNNERS wonder and make them say to theirselfs... Man I wish I had that RACE BACK. I can not re race it I just have to do better next week DO you find that when you lay down at night. that race is the last thing on your mind and to find that when you wake up is the 1ST THING ON YOUR MIND.. Will CCC 10k and later I will name a few more . but for right now CCC 10k . is the most up comming. I have waited almost a full year for this race to come up and now my wait is almost no longer. AT the moment all OTHER RUNNERS ARE SAFE this is about me and ugly. this is my RACE and mine ONLY. I don't have to tell why you can look for yourself and you will know why so the course of the GREAT CLASSIC GIVE ME YOUR BEST SHOT BUT THE REVENGE shall be mine and mine only .And again I say this WHAT YOU GOING TO DO WHEN BLACK STALLION RUNS WILD ON YOU!!

Don't remind me! After which I missed half the season. Your right about lickin my wounds from Sunday, I was thoroughly SPANKED! Good news is I've already bought Garys case of cokes, bad news is I haven't ran since! If I don't get back to runnin soon, even Joe P. and Sidewinder will be outrunning me. Hold it... on second thought... I probably won't miss but a few days over this, not the several months it would take for those two to clip my wings!!!

WHERE DO I BEGAN no one and I MEAN NO ONE HAS TO REMIND ME about the CCC 10K and this dose not stand for Cabot .. YES SADLY I ran almost a hour 10k with a lot of help from my late friend thank you very much and I am satill upset about it a full year has past I want my REVENGE and I want it NOW. But still have to wait untill the time comes. THIS WAS NOT POINTED AT ANY CLUB OR ANY RUNNER at the moment but this is one of the few I have waited for 12 months for SO YOU BETTER GET OUT OF THE WAY YES ANOTHER THING I almost didn't start this race if I KNEW THEN AS I KNOW NOW I WOULDN'T HAVE NOW I AM LOOKING FOR THE START just stay clear that is all I ask. "UGLY" DOSE NOT REFLECT ON ANY PERSON OR ANY CLUB that is ASSOC. with this RACE UGLY IS A FIGURE of speech. I hope I WILL SLEEP tonight .

Billy,,I will give the devil his due...I told Don Still that u would not be at the top of your game after making the long trip to/from Missouri Sat. And you were definitely dehydrated As far as the 3 hour drive the morning before,, that's an every Sat affair for me and the Texarkana crew Get well. Not sure which race I'll see you at next. You're not doing the LR marathon, and I'm not sure about the 2-Mile or Spring Fling ,,but I'll be at the CCC 10K
