Thanks Kim! I must say that everyone that passed me showed sympathy, except Waggs, when he was came around he said something like... Your Powers Are Weak Old Man! But when he saw I was actually hurtin I could tell he felt bad. I said something like... You have learned much young one, but your not a Jedi YET! Just to let him know I knew he was just kiddin. You'll be glad to know that even Dsmack showed tact! Even though he did say.... Howards comin! By the time you caught me I was totally out of gas, and out of the downhill bluff surges I was useing to try and hold Dsmack off! I felt like I was in the slow lane on I-40 after that, as a who's who of runners came speeding by. I'm not sure, but I think even Marathon Boy was one of them???

Hope to see ya soon! And Tell Gary I've bought his cokes and will have them at the 2mi.

I know those times are very slow but I think Stallion is referring to having "Junior" (esophagus breathing problem) as he calls it, on his back last year. He lined up and immediately started coughing and hacking like a bear, so I heard. Or actually people probably heard in Oklahoma.

He could have walked off and not finished like Mills and RLAG but instead he ran, raced, coughed, hacked, freaked out other runners and FINISHED! So his revenge is against this course and no one else.

When I intro. this new BILL the last thing on my mind was so many jump on the band wagon . I was just saying that I was back to posting I didn't care what any one said about my speech. But now I have every RUNNER in the state of AR atten. I will up date this often as you all will too. Never bite the hand that feed's you so Im told. Thanks Panther for comming to my defense about races that I had troubble with in 10 not for sure if you will be or wont be on the list as the time will soon be drawing near we just have to take one RACE at a time.one mile at a time.

but far I am concern the problem I had no longer exist. but we wont know for sure until CCC 10K. I did not know that B Mills was there last year. In a way neither was I.

John, just keep running. If I or anyone else has offended you by messages on this board I am sure it was not intentional. Sometimes we can go a little too far and show no respect for someone who has overcome a medical problem and come back strong. Run strong - hard & over Billy. After all your are a Little John and those who aren't are jealous.

dhmac....the guy that gave John a hard time here I don't believe writes on the board.....it was off the board....but both have points...In all the trash talk we do there is an etiquette for us all...and the other point is ..if you're too sensitive about issues....you don't need to be in all this mess ...because its fun....lol

but when I last check I did beat the person that I defended. at VD 5k. the list is comming out soon who is going to be on it ? hum.

So Stallion, you had a list of people to beat at V-Day 5k??? I'm sure my name wasn't on that list right??? Now when's the last time I was ever mean to you? Even when I passed you I only BUMPED you, I didn't put you in the snow bank!

THE list dose not contain THIS YEARS VD 5K IT ONLY COVERS RACES THAT OCCURED during last year for right now. I willl say this EVERY RUNNER IS SAFE IT IS NOT ABOUT OTHER RUNNERS IT IS NOT ABOUT PAST RACES WILL IN WAY I guess but only 2010 races and not all . wait and see

who is on it and who is not. IT WILL come out shortly ... but IN THE MEAN TIME may I suggest. looking over one shoulder might be usefull.

This RACE is going to be the death of us all LET'S ALL get the best of it before it get's the best of us. I think I might break 50 this year. every RUNNER SHOULD RUN under a hour on this course of the CCC 10K IN FACT THAT IS MY CHALLANGE I CHALLANGE ALL RUNNER'S YOUNG AND OLD TO CROSS THE FINISHLINE UNDER A HOUR. for the CCC 10 K and to remember the faster you get done faster the awards go faster the awards go quicker you can leave.

YEAH that is fine I will even cut off 4 mins for ya because I'll Run back with ya

but I'm almost pos. you will not be the only one I may have 2 or three that I may RUN back with to the finish.
