Well I have once again attempted to be called an Ultra Runner and this time (unlike the LOViT Marathon) I was successful! I fell 3 times on the 50k and banged my knee up quite a bit and almost fell over a cliff. LOL....All in a day's work for an ultra runner.
Syllamore Trail 50k (actually 31.4 miles).......8 hrs 8 minutes (That's 2 hrs and 16 minutes slower than my Bona Dea 50k....so terrain is a big deal) This course climbed over 9,000 feet
Syllamo Trail 20k (actually 14.2 miles).......3 hrs 12 minutes.
Overall results coming soon! I didn't attempt the 50 miler but maybe I will next year!
A Big congrats to PoDog and PT who ran with Gusto!
