LRRC Speed Workout at DSP and Cooks This Tuesday, March 22nd

In an effort to help with anyone wanting to attend the Razorback Baseball game at Dickey-Stephens Park that evening, the LRRC speed workout will under the Main Street bridge (where the Clear Mtn 5K used to end) at about 5 PM to start running. We will do some out and back warm up miles on the River Trail to meet up with people who get there at 5:15 or 5:20 too. This is to help with anyone wanting to attend the Razorback Baseball game at Dickey-Stephens Park that evening.

UPDATE: Torrey will be leading a group from Cooks Landing as well.
