Here you are in the kiddy age group at 40-44 and us old folks in the Grand Master's division have to hear crap from you young cokgers. True Stallion my training schedule wouldn't hold a candle to anyone else's but all I got to say is BRING IT You have a lot of others to wade through to get to me. That is .........if you are ALLOWED to race and not pace.

1st off I did not know that RICK Z. got hit by a truck what is the latest UPDATE. 2nd TOM A {SIDWWINDER] at MORE TIMES than 1 we ALL RUNNERS LOOK up to you as A RUNNING FORTRESS YOU RULED THE SPORT YOU GAVE RUNNING THE NAME. I don't know about the rest of RUNNERS but it bothers me to see . ALL GREAT RUNNERS now running in the slow pack AND WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE but too many to list and it will never end. and adfter all said and done is our memories. JUST HOW GOOD THEY ONCE WAS AND STILL GREAT TODAY. 3RD I am my own worst enemy. I find myself on MY OWN HIT LIST. Any one can say something when someone is down. but when the sleepy GIANTS wake up we all be AT THEIR MERCY. THIS WILL COME TO LIGHT A LITTLE LATER.
