Hey Sandbager I was on a routine RUN today out of the blue this pop in I know you were not posting about me and that is fine don't take this as what we call smack talk lol. but since you post I will share. lol. what you need to do go back to your sandbox fill up your sand bags to plug up loose holes. lol

You can come up with all kinds of things to think of when your "Routine Run" consists of back to back 10 minute pace...opps thats your race pace at Capital City...not your training pace.

CCC 10K old NEWS dead and burried we Will see if you need sand bags at TSD. O yeah I for got you will look over the COMP. and leave. with your pail and scoop.. when they say GO you will go to the long jump pit and play in sand. YES Dmac he Sandbagger did get confuseed with the other horse.. my 10 min miles are over.. what you going to do Sandbagger when BLACK STALLION RUNS WILD on you.

Clydesdale I think I might have met my match...The Black Stallion is just too much of a stud....being the slowest member of the RVR I guess I better keep my slow running mouth shut...guess I will bury my head in the sand, no sandbox the Stallion wants me too...wait their's something dark in the sand...oh ITS THE BIG TURD Black Stallion laid at CC last year...
