Re: speed work
I gotta get on this board more often cause you need the crap slapped outta ya! You'd like to hold my hand wouldn't yuh? Yep......I never asked you to run with me at 1/2 and hold my hand. Thanks for running with me at CCC but you only had a goal of beating 58 minutes...heck I wasn't gonna hold you back from that goal! Don't worry about me Stallion.....you stay right in Danville and train and if I have my way, I'll be training in CABOT soon! Enjoy your TRACK!Black Stallion wrote:OH is that why you want me to "hold your hand" while in race like Wings 1/2 and this years CCC 10K TO NAME A few . so you can chase ... and you still couldn't keep up YEAH DANVILLE TRACK MAY NOT BE THE BEST TRACK IN THE STATE. but for my view presonally why drive 20 miles on gas when I can run or walk to the track for a warm up and warm down........ AS YOU SAY" just sayin"

I did walk around the grounds today after the race came across THE BIGGEST SAND BOX SEEING ALL THE KIDS PLAYING IN THE SAND . I made a GOOD HARD LONG LOOK TO SEE IF SANDBAGGER WASEN'T THERE and he was not.

Re: speed work
I agree about your track.....enough said over the silly track! But as for the races, I did ask for help at Soaring Wings but you weren't my saving grace on that either and as for CCC you had a goal of beating 58 minutes and that was all. No HIT LIST, no targeted men, no nothing. Your goals were so slow even I couldn't mess them up so I had you hang with me. Now you are using me as your permanent excuse for being slow!Black Stallion wrote:OH is that why you want me to "hold your hand" while in race like Wings 1/2 and this years CCC 10K TO NAME A few . so you can chase ... and you still couldn't keep up YEAH DANVILLE TRACK MAY NOT BE THE BEST TRACK IN THE STATE. but for my view presonally why drive 20 miles on gas when I can run or walk to the track for a warm up and warm down........ LOL is this the story of the sirens going off on Mt. Nebo when you were running with Partridge? ......and as for Billy, he's either too slow to run with me and be embarrassed or so fast that he ran right past me and I didn't see him. But the real reality is he chose Whattaburger and movie popcorn in for a nice wet run through the swampy trails of the Dardanelle State Park in a warm 50 degree weather. So breaking 50 minutes might be a challenge for our BIG BOY!sidewinder wrote:Yeah Mills, I outrun storms.....where were you and sandbagger today.....missed you guys....would have been neat on the 3 of us....Howard wants to bet with you....diet cokes I think....thinks you can't break 50 mins.....lol

Car battery died because I let it. You wanted to run back to the car approximately 2 blocks away to turn them off after they called us to the starting line. Guess that's just another example of why they call you the Jackrabbit! I bet you'd have faded fast if you did that quick sprint to an from my car.
