Nebo run today at 5:30pm Monday May 9th

Hey Stallion and I are gonna run Nebo up and down at 5:30. Any takers?
Meet at the gravel pit area. Mills....don't be late and don't go to the bench!
It's running up the mountain and back down.

Hey Pink! Way to go pacing our first finisher at WCR. I know she was so glad you were there with her to push her. Isn't it the best feeling to help someone achieve something like that! She'll never forget that :) Good job and thanks for all your help at the clinic

Thanks it was fun. You are a good inspiration to me. I tried to get the advanced girls up front but they didn't want to. They all placed though so kudos for great training during the clinic.
