just light hummor I was getting ready to do speed work when I notice a black HEAD BAND NOTICE :BLACK HEAD BAN IS MISSING if you have it or know someone who has it please return it . will not be any questions. .or you might just pick it up by mistake as often these things do happen.

I did notice a small dog running around the foot of Nebo with what looked like a Nike headband around his...... we'll lets just say he was putting it to good use!

Any one know who this Sidewinder guy who is posting on this board? He seems to know a little about running but I haven't seem him doing any runs with any RVR people I know for months.

THANKS DMAC I THOUGHT OF ONE THANKS TO YOU. YOU might be a ROOKIE when you take advice from a COACH that haven't seen running with a group OF RUNNERS over a month. .....and then ask is it ok to do speed work today...

Dmac....please stand corrected. Sidewinder has been running with some RVR runner(s), but he can only run with those who are slow enough to run his pace such as the Sandbagger.
