Where's today's evening run? Bona Dea at 530 or what? Jen and I are asking. Or is it Nebo!

Didn't see this posted yesterday. I had great run with me - myself & I going up Nebo yesterday. Met Partridge who was coming down and he turned around and ran the curves with me in the rain.

Apparently everyone is on a secret training plan since no one seems to want to run with anyone else. :shock:

Well at least a lot of us were on Nebo. :clap: The Stallion, Carter and myself ran 2 laps on the Bench Trail.

Well, I know I'm not running as fast as you guys but I am training daily. I ran with Jen on Monday at Bona Dea and Bill Ward joined us. I ran 5 miles this morning alone but I'd like to know who's running this evening and where. I get off work in Danville at 330. Please text me at 747-1889. Thanks.
