Tuesday and Thursday Morning Runs at HLE

Well, the weather took a turn on us and we are not enjoying Spring just yet! I plan on being at HLE for a 5:30am run again this week on Tuesday and Thursday! Hope to see you there!

Hello everyone! Looks like Tuesday morning will be good weather wise, but Thursday morning could be in question. If it is raining on Thursday morning, I will not plan on being there to run. We have had a good turn out a few times during the past 3 weeks! Sometimes the guys show up the girls and then others, the girls have more there in numbers than the guys. Now is a good time to start running in the early mornings too since the weather is getting warmer. If you start now, it sure makes it easier to adjust your breathing to the variable humidity and temperature changes! Hope to see you out there! Have a blessed week!

Looks like we will have some cooler weather tomorrow morning, about 50 degrees - perfect for running. Jayme and I hope to see everybody at HLE in the morning.
