Classic Mills!
Yeah, the intervals went well the other nite but I am not so sure but what MWitt didn't do a "Mills" on me by letting me run faster and do more intervals. However, as Sat & Mt. Magazine showed, let the temps rise and my times go right up with them. Don't believe it ? Just look at the Dam Night Run last July - even TOHL beat me there.

Well, I have seen Amy at the gym a few times and she is still looking as thin and fit as usual so we might be waiting a long time for the Clydesdale affect to kick in! LOLdhmac wrote:You're not really in trouble - it's just that for about the next 5 months you are going to resemble Clydesdale more each day! (Cheap shot I know but if I can't get a chance to beat you I have to take what I can. )

Stallion, you can certainly do better than you did on the track! You just gotta believe it! They know you can do it, that's why they push you so much! Mills told me yesterday, that you have no idea what you are capable of because you won't push yourself to find out. I think I'm the same way to an extent. If I had legs as ripped as yours I'd be running circles around MILLS and ASPEL would only see a pink blur. I'm in your corner dude.....now punch your way out and show them what you're made of.sidewinder wrote:Yeah jackrabbit he has your number....you should see yourself when he mentions competing....lol you tighten up like a crabs ass in the ocean.....and thats water-tite....water doesn't get up there....
Jackrabbit....I would have got you the way you ran last saturday...u must be still living on that 43min 10k....lol
You also see when Billy looks back that way, he changes direction....and if you're alongside him he runs across you....

It's hard to imagine you as a wee lad! But I do see that kind of "pull it out of nowhere" effort tucked inside of you! Wish I could find it in me. I think I found a little bit but need more.sidewinder wrote:I had a problem like that when I was a wee lad....the guys that brought me to the race told me i'd be walking home if i didn't beat this one guy....well i took them seriously, and so were they....and I didn't walk home.... we still laugh at it today.....lol and if I hadn't beaten him I would have walked home...lol
