Hate to tell ya Pinky, but I wan't the one hurting this morning! No faster than you and lover boy was runnin, I was definately spending more concentration on the ladies we passed than I was on running!!!

You guys must have walked the whole way down, I had stretched and changed clothes, and waited as long as I could, and you still hadn't made it back down. Not wanting to start any rumors..... but??????????

Well, that is because you followed the wrong HEADLIGHTS down the mountain. We came down right as you were pulling out. And yes I did walk down most of it. You sure didn't make it a workout for you. You were just jogging. I know you could have ran away from us easy!

Yep you were concentratiing more on the LADY walking, you even missed the free breakfast at McD's....thats bad....I think you were like a deer dazed in headlights.....HER HEADLIGHTS....LOL

Who is up for an early morning Run up Nebo before Church this Sunday? Start about 6:30. Carter has a friend in town that he is going to introduce Nebo to so we will start at 6:30. Let me know and we will wait at the bottom.

As much as I hate the heat a 1 mile race I can handle. Tormorrow' lunch lady 5K may be a different story.
