Gee Billy missed a lunch lady race just east of Jerusalem....fast times too....even I went under 20 mins...lol it'll be the 2nd annual next year....
Silly Billy was so Nilly....Couldn't run the Nebo Hilly....lol

You went un der 20 minutes??? Must have been a 2mi. instead of a 5k!!! Oh I'm sorry, the way you were BURNING up the 1200's tonight, I'm quite sure you could break 19 minutes in a 2 mile!!! :clap: :clap: :clap: You better sway your desciples away from the long intervals during the summer... Your just making this WAY to easy to bust their bubble as I get back in shape'111 :ohyeah:
