7 pm DHS track. Plan is to do 4 x 1200 unless overruled or someone else has a better idea. I remain the speed work Nazi by default until someone else takes charge and takes over.

Let me get this straight- the two guys who claim to be coaches both claim to be hurt and neither fully participated in last nights session and let some novice "runner" plan all speed work for those who aren't hurt ?
