I know you guys do a welcome reception for the AR Grand Prix runners the day before the Spa City 10-k. Western Arkansas Runners would like to do the same for the Survivor's Challenge 10-k on 10/22
Can someone share what you guys do?

Survivor's Challenge reception
We are securing discounted hotel rooms for those GP runners who may be staying Friday night. We are not sure how many (if any) will come in on Friday, but wanted to have a least offer a "reception" with early packet pick-up, a video tour of the course, drinks, hordorves, etc.
The reception will take place in the the same building/location that the race will start.
