Looks like I need a new partner for this race, eh? So I choose Michael Witt or David McCormick. Fair enough, right?

Hey- what's the weekly running schedule look like right now? I heard something about intervals w/ the Irwin's at Tech track (horrible running surface by the way) But an even trade for extra company :)

Would like to haggle with you guys even if its just for the first mile lol. I am so outta running fast shape.

Give me some location/times!
I hope heaven is measured in miles...

Tues. nite 6 pm at ATU "track" is River Valley Triathletes speed work. Some new faces in addition to some of the Yaller Jersey regulars. Lots of rumbling about moving to a better surface but no decision as of yet. Possibilities are RJHS and Dard. tracks.

On Sat. morning Will Berry, Seth, Terri Palfreeman and sometimes me have been doing long runs from FBC parking lot. Contact Will since he sends a group text to those interested. If you need his # let me know. Warning about this group is that you need to know your way back home since they tend to leave old, slow runners out on the course :violin:
