A Day in the LIFE of CLYDESDALE.....

I wake up in the morning and look for my styrofoam cup and put the secret ingredients (Fluid) in it......get in my car and head to PDQ my mouth is drooling just looking at those gorgious sweet rolls.....I need 2 of them I says to the lady behind the counter.....I'm smiling and those sweet rolls are about a foot across.....I bite into one...better than the date I had last night I think....and keeps biting into it.... my face cheeks are full to the max....like the British comic character Billy Bunter....(google it)...then its chat up the attendant, and if she won't work does she have any girlfriends.....Then I nic the daily newspaper and head to the bathroom and on the way its fill the styrofoam cup.....half an hour later, the attendant knocks on the door and says Mr. Mills.....the sweet rolls are 1/2 price.....so up off the pot and I dash out the door to buy up the last of the 2 sweet rolls...thanks and heads to the car.....and pulls out the cell phone while finishing the rolls....hhhhmmmmm should I bother sidewinder...pink ...r2d2(mwitt) or c3po(dhmac) or get in JaJa Binks's(stallion) head for the up coming race.....Oh....its almost lunch time....who can I get to eat lunch with me....Los Palmos or pizza buffet ....calling pink....pink answer and will meet him.....dhmac nope he's got court in Booneville.....m witt.....yep he'll be there......sidewinder....nope , he's working at the hospital......Oh boy this is great harrass those that won't eat lunch.....fills the styrofoam cup on the way into Los Palmos, pink is there first.....then stallion shows....everybody laughing and eating....telling stories about running..and of course my coaching tips.....have to tell 'em how to run.... head back home for a nap... oh 4pm time to go run....meeting at Bona Dea....what are we running today.....warm up amile then tempo....but my hammi is just killing me...I've had this for 2 weeks now....as I leave the styrofoam cup on top of the car.... you all take it easy on me......my hammi might go.....dhmac.....I love it when you do a hard 10k and come back with 15 miles the next day.....you should be just doing a recovery run....something nice and easy....and do some strides after..they will get the soreness out of you......and the hot tub in the gym will help you too.....I'm really taking it easy so mwitt and dhmac will think I'm playing killdeer so I can get them to bet me on the next race.....my hammi just won't get better...i've been stretching and it just won't loosen out......sidewinder did you do some strides ...it'll keep you loose.... back to the parking lot, and fills the styrofoam cup again.....and its off to Ruby's to see if theres any babes out there......and blush niagra....eventually I get home and just lay down on the bed and a knock comes to the door......life is good, not thinking about the female at the door but the sweet rolls in the morning......

Mills go to a computer and LOG OFF the site. That should log you off all computers no matter what OR go in and change your password and then the old log in should close. Good Luck. It could only get worse for you if you WEIGHT, no pun just fun intended.

Only Clydesdale could find a group where he wins by losing. The problem with that program is that if he continues to keeps losing he may start winning races again. : Something has got to be wrong with this picture.

It felt SO GOOD to run with the group again last Tuesday! Hope to be there again this Tues...bringing up the rear again lol. Nothing better than the RVR (maybe b/c that is all 've ever known )
