Hey, when you run within 5 seconds of your PR and still get beat by over a minute it ain't for lack of trying.

On top of that

got well and beat me for the first time in 2 years.

I am so down I am not even sure I can beat a fat use-to-be.

But since ya mention it, I'll see how my training goes the next few weeks before I take a bike off bigger than I can chew!!!

By the way excellent race Saturday! Your kickin my bud Dsmack at every distance! I'm just gonna sit back and study your runnin tackics and see if there's any Dents in your Armor!!!
