Folks, if you are not receiving the Running Journal, I encourage you to subscribe. LRRC President Nicholas Norfolk has joined the RJ staff as a contributing editor. He has already written two outstanding columns about the "Natural State of Running". In addition, RRCA Southern Region Director Lena Hollmann writes a column each month on "Masters Running". In the August issue she talks about her trip to Arkansas for a visit with our RRCA State Rep David Meroney and the Go! Mile in which she participated since it was the 2013 Southern Region Mile Championship.
Race results from Arkansas are also published monthly. Try it, I think you
will be pleased with what you see. Their website is www.running.net

Running Journal has sent us 50 free copies of the November issue for distribution at the RRCA State Meeting tomorrow. In addition, two one-year gift subscriptions will be given away during the meeting.
