Hey John has lost weight and is half the man he used to be so he could squeeze onto our team and you'd never notice him but Billy on the other hand counts as two people all by himself.
Of course the way I've been going, I'll count as two also and we'll be a team of three again. LOL

Stallion, I have never heard of anyone passing up a 15k and being accused of sandbagging when the alternative race is a 50k! I hardly call that a sandbag race!
But that's something you wouldn't understand. Share yesterday's training story with us, won't you? LOL
