50 states

OK I'm in. My shirt pic will be official. I think this shirt is big enough to fit a buffalo. I'll hoist a Moose Drool to you'll at the Beartooth Cafe tomorrow. :chug: Do I get extra points to have a pic of a buffalo with the shirt on? Mountain Lion? Ok a bear?

Much of the Gulf Coast should be falling soon thanks to Kevin Bronze. If Capt Kirk isn't eaten by a bear or trampled by elk then we'll get Big Sky country. And The Man Epperson went to Vegas just to get us a pic. No casinos or any other form of entertainment for Lee, nope. Just the shirt pic. Oklahoma and Texas will be overrun with roadrunner soon and Glen P Mays may have already knocked off our national capital.

Oh, and the distinguished Mr. Hollowell snuck across the Rio Grande to snag our first international photo.

I'll update the map and gallery once these photos make it to my computer.

Good news: Capt Kirk did not get eaten by a bear. Updated map:

But he did almost get stampeded by a bison:

Yum! And Ginea, don't fret about Oklahoma. As the club's westernmost member (in Arkansas), I will get one Friday evening when I'm in Tulsa. It won't be as interesting as standing in front of the Alamo or a deli full of skinned goats, but it'll do for now I imagine.

Lee... Vegas.... neither will be the same. Even the picture is blurry. Any other person in any other state and there would be much grumbling about the low quality of the photo. But considering it was Lee and Vegas, we wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

You'll have to go to the LRRC photo gallery to see the pic for yourself.

Okay, who is going to "take one for the team" and go to Utah?

Mississippi will be taken care of by Labor Day.

LT will take care of Minnesota by October.

The Dakotas....that could be a problem, too.

Can someone send me to Hawaii?

I'm anxious to see who is going to get Maine and New Hampshire. Surely someone is doing the New York City Marathon.

Delaware will be a tough one. I don't know anyone who has ever been to Delaware.

We could always stand in front of a green screen and say we're there, ala Wayne's World:

"Hi. I'm in Delaware."

Michelle, you are in charge of this since you have easy access to the tools involved. :)
