Billy....I know you saw those Bud Lights there...because you asked me if Howard was here....think he went to that easy 1/2 marathon in Yorktown Bay....lol

Yep.....have done that race about 10 times in the past.....even did the the first few of them in the late 70's and 80's... Even Joe P Sandbagger did it back then....but the Bud Lights were on Magazine....lol

Yap, Joe P ran it back in the day. And come to think of it, the time he ran would have probably won it the last 15 years! Anyone else noticed that the younger runners winning road races today wouldn't have even made the varsity college teams we ran on back in the day??? :lol: :lol: :lol:

Why? Is it because we now have Runner's World and the internet telling us NOT to run so much and NOT to run so hard and NOT to run so fast and NOT to hurt and to NOT push it? That could be it, right or NOT?

Sounds almost like a Razorback training plan, huh?
