LOL I will let you all in on a little SECRET TO improve your times and go faster LAY off the BREAD more yes there is more but that will help so eat up guys all the pizza the candian bacon. peeporrie sauguase eat it all and ask yourself why am I not running faster so enjoyy the buff....

Ten thousand years agao there were no grains on the face of the earth. During mankind's evolution, our ancestors were exposed to two food groups only: low-fat protein and low-density carbohydrates (fruits and veggies). As a result, this is what we are genetically designed to eat. When grains were first introduced into the human diet 10,000 years ago, the archaeologicaol record clearly reflects three immediate and dramatic changes in grain-eating societies:
a. Mankind shrank in height from lack of adequate protein.
b. Diseases of "modern civilization," such as heart attacks, first appeared.
c. Obesity first became apparent.
SO..................eating all that pizza is gonna shrink your height....lol....and Billy: YOU DON'T NEED THE HEIGHT TO WEIGHT RATIO TO WORK ANYMORE AGAINST YOU.
I'm afraid you and I are in the same boat and if we don't start fixing it today, it will be a SINKING boat. We need to cut back on some of the grain products, which includes Pizza. That is what Stallion was talking about.

oh,,and 10,000 years ago, life expentancy was 25 years..
wait,,there was no electricity,,we weren't meant to have that,,so go cut your lights out,,wait,,there weren't cars,,,you better start walking,,
..lol,, jk..
I looked at a pic my uncle had from 1960,,(this wasn't 10,000 years ago,,
,,the first thing I noticed was that all the men were skinny,, Why??..because they worked outside all day,,worked whatever they ate off,,,of course they did eat right,they are lots of vegetables and fruits...,but I PROMISE you they ate plenty of red meat,,just not from McDonalds and Pizza Inn

PINK......Hate to tell you but grains were on the earth 10,000 yrs ago.....as long as mankind has been around beer was made.....and I think you need grain to make beer.....lol also man hunted.....and I don't think it was veggies....but meat....
So pizza is going to shrink us....hhhhmmmm well we'll eat so much pizza...we 'll have to crawl on our bellies well I i guess theyll have to measure our height from our bellies to the top of our backthat may end up being taller...lol

All comes down to calories in vs. calories out! BTW: This pregnant mama with a basal metabolic rate up 30% thanks to supporting a 6lb baby girl just ate Chicken parmesean pasta, cookie dough ice cream and 4 blocks of a Symphony bar
and hasn't gained a lb in 2weeks.

Trip over your lip(TOYL)(AMY)...I have seen Blocks of chocolate in a choc factory.....they are tha size of concrete blocks is that what you ate .... 4 of them....You better eat a good steak and all the trimings...Isn't 6lbs on the weeny size?? you need a bouncing heathy girl of about 8+lbs.....
