You might be a rookie if you refuse to leave the starting line with 9 minutes to gun even though you've been told your cars lights are on and the battery is going dead. (I figured I had road side assistance so who cares but I ain't missing the start of the race. LOL)

YOU MIGHT BE A ROOKIE IF YOU WEAR COMPRESSION SOCKS DURING A RACE............ and you haven't train in them and 2nd you might be a ROOKIE if you wonder why your leggs or buring.

RUNNER to bring a trophy that they won at a RACE 28 YEARS ago to the next race.............and you might be a ROOKIE when you refer THE UP comming RACE sshedule as a list ... .... ... WE ARE now just weeks away from SPA 10K i DO hope every one wil be ready..and try not to forget THIS IS NOT A FLAT COURSE. a GOOD COURSE but not flat.

You might be a rookie if it takes you 15 miles of a 50k/31 miler to realize that your running tights are on backwards.....LOL....Radke, Eason and LT (not running in that order, naturally...) all caught me with my pants down at the Frog Pond trying to turn them around. LOL

Pink's still rookying it......lol........she hates Danville's "FAKE" track.....geeeeeeee Russellville's, Pottsville's, Dardanelle's and most others are made of the same surface...and she's been on them and liked them.......wow....lmao.

You might be a ROOKIE when you hate a certian track and yet take a few pics of the same track and post them on facebook..... DARD. RUSS. POTTS. AND DAN. TRACK ALL have this in common as well as having the same surface.. they all have 8 lanes each lane is a qutr. mile .. but I guess once a rookie always a rookie.... UNTILL????

NOT! None of those tracks are a 1/4 mile. They are 400 meters and even this rookie knows the difference! And I heard Danville's track is just a cheaper version of a REAL track! LOL.....I love Danville just fine. I just don't like their track. Maybe it needs to be PINKER! LOL....Too much Black Stallion goin on over there!

And I take pics of people NOT of tracks!

As slow as you guys are, there ain't any difference in 400m and a 1/4 you'll still pass the mark in the same second or seconds.....
