Update: WITH 1 GRAND PRIX RACE left before the CCC 10k .It is a safe bet to say that this course is going down just got finish RUNNING the Fire Trail loop alot of you are not familar with this it is not flat by any means only the pavement , 44 :00 was the time and where was "junior" layed to rest . SO JOE P SANDBAGGER what you got say NOW.

I do not know what this means we have to analyse all of this I don't know what I ate or did not. or if it was something in the air. when ALL RUNNERS RAN TODAY Did you notice anything in the air that might had you breathing hard.. OR WAS IT just me I am asking .

Must be that nuclear radiation dust from Japan.....its flown over here....lol

I haven't thought about that ,that maybe why.BUT it hit today at work and like yesterday it came w/o warring I will go run qtrs today but it fells like it is still in the system but I will keep you update. UPDATE : 6;30 DID 10 QUTRS. just got in times from 1:28 down to 1:21 everything between GOOD news is there was no sign of "junior: but the thought of OF CRUISE TOWN is still there HERE IS a hint 21:04 at VD 5K if I RAN A 25:00 OR SO THIS SAT. WE WILL all know it is back.or if you see me kneil down on the course it is back. so aslong those thins don't happen I be fine.

OK so I started to notice a trend here will someone please post other than myself. Today is SAT. night. the COLD damp rainning Spring Fling has been ran 345 I heard them say but I could be wrong. what makes this race where the weather is always rain and cold?.................... Now we can move forward to the CCC 10K SAT APR. 2. 2011. NO RUNNER is on this list this is personal this course is going down and I will take everyone with it. there is only one or so things I rememberd about this race last. year. (1) I just pulled in to park and late "junior" just kiced in (2) I warm up to pack pick up that didn't help went " toe the line" (3) I remember Danny was there. W Katlyen and said "John that dosen't sound good I responded by saying it is not going to look good either. the rest as they say is history. we all knew what happen and that was the last thing I remembered..... So no one has a personal grudge about this course more than I. IF YOU DO TAKE A NUMBER AND GET IN LINE. AGAIN THIS COURSE IS GOING DOWN just stay away from me ... if you know what is good for ya see you there at the CCC 10K.......... IF YOU DARE.

Well tomorrow we will see if it wasn't just a fluke that the Black Stallion was able to break an hour for the Capital City race.

Monday APR.18 I will attempt TO GO A DISTANCE I have NEVER done before I don't know if I can make it or fall short I post this so I can be acountable keep myself motaivaed. If I can do this it will be just to see if I can do it . I will stop often AS NEEDED. P.S YES I did it to find the answer see HEADLINE POP QUIZ 9 HOURS 15 MINS I did say I wasen't going to push it stop as needed just to prove to myself that I can.

News at 5 here reporting. Yes, Pink Panther here to report that I'm on location in Park City, Utah where the annual Park City Marathon is about to kickoff! Standing by LIVE is Black Stallion.

Pink Panther: So Black Stallion what on earth made you wanna come to Utah and race a marathon?

Black Stallion: Well, I got some friends here and I AM READY to conquer this thing.

Pink Panther: So you have been secretly training for this?

Black Stallion: Yes, I have been running 21 and 22 mile runs on the weekends and I feel ready to do this!

Pink Panther: What about your breathing issues that you've had in the past? Have you done anything to conquer that?

Black Stallion: Well, in November I had a surgery and finally put Junior to rest and I've been on a special diet without bread! I've lost weight and I've gained speed! I am ready.....let's do this!

Pink Panther: So fashionistas are curious about this new look your wearing. Can you describe it for our listeners/readers?

Black Stallion: Well it's still BLACK which keeps me true to my name but it has a lot of racing speed stripes on the singlet. It's a new high tech fiber fabric that is much better than my previous singlets. In addition, I've added a headband that's NOT black!

Pink Panther: Not black? Wow, now you're breaking tradition! What's up with that?

Black Stallion: Well, it's an Arkansas Razorback sweatband. Out of 700 marathoners and 400 half marathoners, I am the only person from Arkansas. I want them to know where I'm from when I PASS them!

Pink Panther: Way to represent, Stallion! So I heard Aspel gave you a few words of advice and I've chimed in a little too but I really want you to tell me if you have any time predictions.

Black Stallion: I'm shooting for 3 hours! I know I can do it, if not I won't be too disappointed since it's my first marathon in over 4 years! But all I have to say is that I'm ready to get this party started.

Pink Panther: Ok. Stallion well I'll let you get off to your race packet pick up! Good Luck tomorrow! Make the River Valley proud!
