enough said. There was only one of us that is slow and TOM it is not you or I. who could it be hum?? a kitten comes to my mind. who might RUN FASTER if a DOG WAS RUNNING after it.

Anyway John, I mean Jackrabbit, stick to the thread....we're talking about 400m tracks vs 440 yds track.....when you're running 90 seconds or slower it doesn't make any difference.....you still come through the mark in the same second or seconds.....

NO agruement here on track distance I am just old school that is all nothing more nothing less. AS for the phrase of JACKRABBIT. I was doing fine and dandy thank you in a forrest grump voice untill PT. said something .that I took out of context........ I did not start out to fast I was not hurting...........I still beat you however but back in the day I couldn't say that . there was no hit list on this race... ok maybe the MILLERS. but I did ran faster then my own pred. AND AGAIN I was agreeing on what you said. I just found it funny. or maybe we can leave off the blackjackrabbit.... and just say BLACK. JACK.

What was this string titled... "you might be a rookie if"... well, I have to say this Jackrabbit, You might be a rookie if... you go out at 6:02 for the first mile of a 10k (a 37:29 pace), and comment later, "I did not start out to fast"!!

I WILL ONCE AGIN WILL STICK TO MY ORG, STORY.I DID NOT START OUT TOO FAST TO THE POIN I WAS HURTING I WAS RELAX BY UPPER BODY WAS RELAX I WAS DOING GOOD THANK YOU. I used "mojo" but not to the ponit I was hurting AS someone once told me. NOW that junior is dead among others. I lost sleep over a few races example last years CCC 10K last years MT. M 15K, HOPE just to name a few. and said I wish I had that race back. When I look back on this race I would not change a thing. I would have RAN IT THE EXACT SAME WAY. my attid. philos. has change some what in yeasr past why go out and try to kill my self. and place 8 when I can go eazy and place no better.. it IS ALL about the INDV. RUNNER, but hey I can take it. just bring it on guys. BLACK STALLION THE NAME BLACK JACK name of the game.. IF I really want to get nasty I can but I dare you all to read the last para. on the post. TIME DIDN'T MATTER.

Yep I'm thinking about running with dog chasing tunes on my head! I do run faster when dogs bark!

HEY PT. you might be a rookie when.... YOU haven't ran but one GP race all season AND kick someone down for doing their best I been waiting for a time like that for long time ... it was FAR BETTER THEN I was actually shooting for I wanted to break 45: and my george I did it.

P.S BLACK STALLION IS STILL RUNNING AND RUNNING STRONG.
