Dude... you have missed my point all together. I am PROUD of you for your run at Toad Suck, it was an awesome run... I'm happy you were able to make you goal. And you should be happy and proud of that. My is off to ya for doing it.
I was giving you a hard time about with the Jackrabbit stuff... because I think, and I may be wrong, but I think if you would easy off the throttle at the start of a race, NOT roll out a 6:02 first, and run more steady, you'd be stronger at the finish... and end up with an even better time than what you have right now.
