The Bench Trail is not at the top of the mountain. It is about 2/3 of the way up and goes all the way around the mountain. Unlike the Mount Nebo Trail Race last month, there is no down the mountain and then back up the mountain. I love the Bench Trail.

Here's a bit about the trail.

Speaking of the AURA Mount Nebo Trail run of last month, when will the results be posted?

perfect, that is what I meant....like I said, never been there so I didn't know where the 'round the mountain trail was, but if it doesn't include the up and down, I am in. My feet can't take anymore downhill races for a while.

How many times Mills run that course? I'd say he's looking for an excuse NOT to run

You know, the ole "I only run certified courses" excuse.

He's already admitted he's injury free and back to running, so he can't fall back on the "injury" excuse. :doh!:

Come on Mills... "just do it"

Now that spawns a question only a veteran runner would know! Who is Daddy Rick?
