I am not going to list them none at all but YOU AS A READER AND A RUNNER PLEASE LIST SOME THINGS THAT A ROOKIE MIGHT DO COMPARE TO US VETS. THAT WE NO NOT TO OR KNOW BETTER NOT TO. HAVE FUN FILLING IN THE LIST. AND REMEMBER START WITH 10 AND GO DOWN . IT could be more .. and hve fun with filling in the list.

5) Develop low BS and drop out of races.

#4.. When you 6th or 7th in your age group and they only give the top 5.....you go to the trophy store that made the awards, and have one made with your name, place and time on the trophy...lol

Hey.....it was my first Grand Prix race...and that Toad Suck plaque cost me $16 plus the gas to pick it up. LOL

Amy, I did PR at almost every 5k but I've only ran one 10k so I hope I can get a new PR at Chili Pepper and you are right about the age division excitement. I guess it keeps the stragglers into registering to help pay for all you overall winners! LOL I actually have 59 overall points right now. LOL

PS I sure hope you get to feeling better. I know how hard it must be for you not to feel good while running since it is so much of your life and now your career too. Take care and get well!.........
