Long Runs 10/30 and 10/31

I am trying to revive the posting of our long run plans so that people who want running partners for longer distances can find them. If you are running long this weekend, please post your plans or suggestions.
I am planning 10 miles on Sunday, heading out on Benton Parkway toward Alcoa. Time is negotiable. Pace will be easy.
