One Hour Track Run

I sure wish I could do my track run in Fayetteville tomorrow. They're talking winter weather possible and I don't want to be on I-540. I could have someone count my laps, and I would never cheat.

The highs here tomorrow around here are suppose to be close to 50...its 48 at my house right now.

LOL Brian. I guess you see that I was the only lady ex-RVR runner running, huh? LOL.....Well RVR ladies are in a re-building year so we'll get back into the game next year. As for this year, all I can say is.....GO AURA Ladies and RVR Men!
