LRRC Meeting on Thursday could be the most important ever!

The LRRC will hold our March meeting this Thursday, the 17th.

Location: Whole Hog Cafe on Cantrell

Time: eating starts at 6:00 PM, speaking starts at 6:30 PM. If you can't make it right at 6 PM, no worries. If you've got your food and your seat by 6:30, you're good to go.

Speaker: Ed Waddell, long-time CPR Instructor. Ed will speak on emergency first aid and life saving techniques that every runner should know.

If you aren't sure what to do if you see some collapse in a race/on a training run please come out on Thursday and learn from the best. It could make all the difference in the world.

Also, since the meeting falls on St Paddy's Day, we will have a few prizes to be given out at random. But - you must be wearing green to be eligible!
We'll be done by 7:30 so there's plenty of time to make the short trip to to Cajun's Wharf or the River Market to celebrate the holiday in true Tom Aspel Irish Fasion!
