Define "Speed Work". Does dipping down to 8 minute pace for 1/2 mile count as speed work?

Why yes it does.....we have a section that I am sure Clydesdale will want to lead that could handle that pace.

Count me in! I want to be as fast as Sidewinder! After all, he hasn't missed ANY speedwork outs!!!

Well I'm up for more speedwork but not on Tuesdays unless you all can come to Danville. I work 8am to 8pm on Tuesday and Thursdays. In June I am off by 330pm on Mondays and Wednesdays coming from Danville. I could do speed work then.

LOL Panther that is a lie I try for a long time to get you to do speedwork with me at Danville where we have a OPEN TRACK I don't meant to call you out but I call this ace of spaid

OH is that why you want me to "hold your hand" while in race like Wings 1/2 and this years CCC 10K TO NAME A few . so you can chase ... and you still couldn't keep up YEAH DANVILLE TRACK MAY NOT BE THE BEST TRACK IN THE STATE. but for my view presonally why drive 20 miles on gas when I can run or walk to the track for a warm up and warm down........ AS YOU SAY" just sayin"

Danvilles track is as good as Dardanelle's and Pottsville's one....and a hell of a lot better than Tech's track....
Yep I did speed work tuesday night where was everyone...had some great running out there....lol out running the storms....
