Saturday Run

Roy Haywood and I will be doing about 10 easy miles Saturday morning, May 14th, at 6:30am starting at the Burns Park Boat ramp. Anyone is welcome to come along for all or just part. See you there.

When will the next run be?

We try to schedule one each month, but it didn't happen this month. Our next one will probably be July 30. I'm running about 10 miles Saturday morning starting about 6:00, but with it being the 4th of July weekend, it's not a good time for everyone else in the club. Anyone is welcome to come join me if they want.
