I have to confess he must BE LOOKING FOR THE GUY IN BLACK in front of the the guy in orange.. we did get OSMA HIS DAY CAME mills YOUR day TOO IS comming IT may not be NEXT WEEK or the next race after ... but I asure you your day is comming.. you just pic and choose the morining of to see how you feel lol :hat :bow :D

Geeeez, having a hard time with DEFEAT there Black Pony??? :lol: Didn't turn out to be much of a HORSE race today now did it??? :clap: And SickCowSki, you know I was just giving the camera a profile of my GIRLISH figure, and a good shot of my BALD SPOT!!! :ohyeah:

Yes you did Stallion! Just hecklin ya, it was a GREAT horse race! Had you a better Jockey, or race strategy, I'd of never caught ya! You had this old fart worried bigtime! At least for about 4mi anyway!!! And yes you were the one I was lookin back for, I was OUT OF GAS!!! :shock: By the way, who are the two RUNTS in the background of my pic???? :lol:

Not to steal the spotlight from Mills, but props to Dmac on almost a full minute knocked off of last year's RR8k time. Somebody is running good in hot weather. I'm in trouble now! :shock:
I hope heaven is measured in miles...

You're not really in trouble - it's just that for about the next 5 months you are going to resemble Clydesdale more each day! :mrgreen: (Cheap shot I know but if I can't get a chance to beat you I have to take what I can. :D )

Clydesdale said after the race that he own's the black pony. He said he was looking to see if he had time to walk to the registration pavillion grab a diet coke then make it back to the finish line to see the little pony trot in. "Don't put me on your list Stallion...I'm just the messenger"

Yeah jackrabbit he has your number....you should see yourself when he mentions competing....lol you tighten up like a crabs ass in the ocean.....and thats water-tite....water doesn't get up there....
Jackrabbit....I would have got you the way you ran last saturday...u must be still living on that 43min 10k....lol

You also see when Billy looks back that way, he changes direction....and if you're alongside him he runs across you....
Silly Billy was so Nilly....Couldn't run the Nebo Hilly....lol

Well the Ol' Fossil Dmac showed me how to do a track workout tonight. My :hat off to him. Not only did he do more intervals.....he did them faster. :hcat: He even said if Billy wanted to come out and do some speed work he would give him 150 meter head start in the 400's. :shock:

Ditto Amy! I think JUDGE is the one who ought to be betting. :clap: He's running great :hat and obviously in some secret WITT training program on Nebo. Maybe HE is SETTING Billy up for a bet with his performance on Mt. Magazine. After all there isn't a lot to lose there except some bragging. Perhaps the next GP race, he will hook CLYDESDALE back up to the BLUSH NIAGRA wagon he rode in on and then tap him and drain him out in the gutter LOL LOL :lol: !
