My goal is just to get close enough to whisper in your ear and then pass out.

I plan on attempting to "run" up the one hill on the course. However, it is already in the upper 90's so that is a problematic goal.

Was just thinking on the aging thing,,,,,not...lol Look at the Mt Magazine results on arkansasrunner since 1998 and see the times that me and some others ran those years...(don't count the last 2 years I've been hurting)...but there some pretty good down scale....see what you think!!

Geez Aspel, I tried to check out the Long Distance Running Records on arkansasrunner.com but I saw your name so many times I just gave up and figured they were typos. Just kidding!

Dang you still hold a ton of records even after you moved into the masters division. It's nice to have you in our RVR club, but it appears to be futile for any of us to ever reach those kinds of goals!

I did notice that Billy Mills wasn't listed once on those lists. If by chance I overlooked it and it really is there somewhere, I'm sure it was a typo. Just kidding Billy. You need not BLUSH and start a crying NIAGRA because Aspel has all the bling and you have all the sting! LOL
